How did you start your fitness journey?

I got into the fitness industry as I have always had a passion for health & well-being. I knew the positive impact it can have on people both mentally and physically, I also loved the idea of being able to help people change their lives & help them become more confident and happier within themselves.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the fact that I can help people change their lives for the better, being able to make someone feel more confident in their own skin is an amazing feeling not to mention the huge impact it has on their mental health as well!

What is your favourite quote or saying?

One day or day one. You decide.

What is your favourite cheat meal?

I could play this safe & go with a burger and chips but I’d have to go with a Thai here!

What would you say to anyone looking to get started in the industry?

Just get started!! Don’t put it off and make excuses, if you arent feeling too confident then look to hire a coach or PT to help guide you along the way! Remember to not be scared & realise no one is judging you, we are all in this together
