TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate, Equip4Gyms cannot be held liable for any omissions, errors, or price changes. Cosmetic appearance may vary. Please check with the sales office prior to placing an order if you are unsure. We reserve the right to substitute a product for one of similar or better quality where the original item is no longer available. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
2. All products are sold subject to availability.
 
3. Many new products are delivered flat packed, and assembly will be required by the customer. Most used items will arrive fully assembled. These items may be large, heavy, and difficult to manoeuvre without specialist equipment. Installation services are available at an additional cost, please get in touch with a member of the sales team for further information.

Warranty Information

4. All products (New & Refurbished) are covered by a warranty, unless otherwise stated within product listing. No warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way (including dismantling to move/customise) or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care.

5. Warranties on new items vary from product to product & will be provided directly by the supplier (CORE, Concept, Stairmaster, Nautilus). More information of which can be found within the listing or on supplier websites. If you require further clarification on the terms of any product, please get in touch via telephone or email.

6. Standard warranty on refurbished items, unless otherwise stated, is 90 days along with a 31 day returns policy. Further information on which can be found below.

7. Any issues brought to our attention within the warranty window will be assessed and dealt with accordingly, on an individual basis. This will initially include appropriate communication assistance. In instances where a resolution is not reached, we will arrange an engineer call-out OR arrange for the item to be collected, repaired & returned, at our cost. Please note, items must be palleted and at kerbside for collection. Where a repair is not possible, we reserve the right to substitute a product for one of similar or better quality.

8. Standard warranties cover the UK mainland only. If you live outside the UK mainland, it is advisable that you check whether the product you are wishing to purchase will have warranty outside of the UK mainland. 9. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the consumer guarantee.

31 Day Return Policy

10. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased instore.

11.You must complete a returns form for Equip4gyms to process your return and process any eligible refund.

12.You must facilitate the return by ensuring the collecting company are able to collect your goods in the same way the goods were delivered i.e. palletised & at kerbside. Failure to do so will result in a re-collection charge payable by you, the customer and/or the refusal of your return.

13. If you cancel your order in writing after it has been dispatched (regardless of it being received or in transit) then you are liable for all return shipping charges to Equip4gyms. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged, you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 31 days of accepting delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage to ensure they arrive back with us in the same condition as they left.

14.In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or we will dispatch an engineer to repair the item at our cost. Faulty items for collection must be secured to a pallet in appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our couriers within 24hrs of you notifying us of any faulty. If when the courier arrives to collect the item(s) they are found not to be available/ready to collect, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the courier to rearrange the collection. Once the item(s) are received back at Equip4gyms, we will inspect the item(s), and if necessary, arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 21 days.

15.Only items returned within 31 days will be issued a full refund where eligible. Any accepted returns after this period will be issued the relevant and agreed credit to use within Equip4gyms.

16.Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you.

17.If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.

Returns

18. When returning an item, the customer must ensure the item is available to collect as it was delivered, i.e. attached securely to a pallet at kerbside for a courier company to collect. If the item is not ready for collection, you the customer will be liable for all applicable charges.

Deliveries and Installations

19. Standard delivery will be a kerbside courier drop only (unless otherwise stated). The courier will refuse entering your property and you will be responsible for moving, relocating, and installing the goods.

20. Standard delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. NI, ROI & European orders may take longer than our estimates.

21. Equip4gyms will not be held accountable for any delays in transportation outside of our control, and therefore no refunds/credit will be awarded for such instances.

22. You are responsible for moving the equipment in to your property. If you are unable to do so and cannot accept delivery, you will be charged for both the delivery and return cost.
