Unless otherwise stated all used items will be delivered fully assembled.

Delivery prices stated cover mainland UK and Europe only. For other areas and further international postage, please contact our sales team for a quote. Delivery is via a pallet network and will include a palletised kerbside/yard delivery only. For insurance purposes our couriers are not permitted to enter your building, so please ensure you have people and/or equipment to move the product into your building.

Prior to delivery, you are responsible for informing us of any restrictions regarding access to the property that may be a hindrance to our installation engineers and/or couriers. Please note that due to the size of some of our delivery vehicles, tight bends, narrow lanes, etc. may prevent access. If this information is not provided and we are unsuccessful in delivering your items we cannot accept any claims for compensation, and you will still be liable for delivery charges.

A signature will be required upon receiving the goods. Please check that items are NOT damaged. Drivers are required to give you enough time to inspect goods unless otherwise agreed. If your goods are damaged DO NOT sign and please do not accept delivery. By accepting delivery you are confirming the goods have arrived undamaged and forfeiting the right to claim for any damage.

Alternatively, you are welcome to collect from our warehouse near Swansea in South Wales free of charge. Opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday, and a forklift is available for loading the equipment.
