The award winning Technogym Excite+ Vario has been designed to offer the most varied full body workout in the market. Unlike a tradition fixed elliptical cross trainer, it allows you to define your own range of movement with each stride. The range of movement covers everything from a vertical step, through a standard elliptical range and onto Technogym’s unique ‘Vario’ movement, the ‘Vario’ movement has been designed to replicate a fast running motion, you can extend your stride up to 83cm.
